SWG Energy Group recently held a team building event from 25th to 26th May 2024 at Roxy Sematan. It was a huge success in bringing the team closer together, and understanding each team members’ strengths and how could we assist each other for further improvement.

This event reinforces our commitment to our values – innovation, collaboration, integrity, and optimisation, highlighting the importance of every team member.

Through the creative event activities, we were able to foster connections, enhance collaboration, understand our differences, and use these differences to create innovative ways to solve challenges.

Team members were able to adopt the knowledge acquired from these activities in the workplace and it was an encouraging experience that motivated the team to grow and contribute to our shared goal as a company.

Team members got to share thoughts and insights on improving work performance. This event was also an opportunity for team members to celebrate one another’s achievements and growth.

This was a memorable team building event and it has set a new standard for our commitment to employee engagement and teamwork. At SWG Energy Group, we believe that a strong, cohesive team is the key to our success, and we look forward to the journey ahead of us as a team.
